To be frank I don't understand how anyone could come to the wrong conclusion and claim it is a buff. Transferring a token based hex once without giving the killer any indication that either the token hex or undying are being worked on (hex totems no longer show auras) is worthless. Surely this should suggest that other hex perks should be looked into, after all in their own words they are supposed to be strong but most of them are so trash. The thing that the devs will never see because they don't actually look at what the community does is that Ruin became meta because it's such a good perk, it causes regression which provides a very big buff to killers with map pressure and those who can get to Point A to point B quickly. Seriously, all other hex perks are trash and you don't use NOED with undying because NOED would ideally be used to punish a gen rush, even if I think it's one of those "Setting up to lose" perks, but neither do I complain if people want to use it or not. It's a nice "rework" to undying because it'll give other hex totems a better chance now since it keeps tokens, which also means expect devour since that's the only other decently good hex perk.
